Service

PEG Markets provides market research and educational information. It is not a broker, adviser or exchange and does not execute trades. See the Disclaimer for important limitations.

Accounts and plans

An account is required to run analyses. Free accounts are limited to a number of analyses per rolling 24 hours. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Usage limits for each plan are described on the Pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute data or generated content at scale.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The PEG Markets name, logo, PEG Score methodology and design are the property of PEG Markets. You may share public analysis links and share images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEG Markets is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
